3.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 92bet platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 92bet does not represent or warrant that access to its platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players are responsible for their own compliance with local laws and regulations.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92bet login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 92bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.1 92bet is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and a selfie photograph holding the document.
4.2 Where a player's payment method is JazzCash or Easypaisa, 92bet may additionally require confirmation that the wallet is registered in the same name as the 92bet account. Mismatched names between the 92bet account, CNIC, and payment method will result in verification failure and may delay or block withdrawal processing until resolved.
4.3 92bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or further identity documents, at its sole discretion and in accordance with its compliance obligations.
4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of suspected fraud, account termination.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 92bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
5.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 92bet may apply individual account-level limits for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are processed within 1–3 business days. 5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are entitled to use for gambling purposes. The use of third-party payment accounts — including payment accounts registered in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate account review.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or retracted, except where 92bet's betting rules expressly permit in-play bet amendments for specific market types.
6.3 92bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or display of incorrect odds caused by a system fault. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 92bet reserves the right to restrict or limit bet sizes for any player at any time, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
6.5 All casino games on the 92bet platform — including live casino, slots, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio mechanics verified by third-party auditors. 92bet does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.1 92bet may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions that will be stated at the time of each individual offer.
7.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully met. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are complete, 92bet reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and associated bonus winnings before processing the withdrawal.
7.3 92bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. Players who are found to have abused bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN access, or coordinated play — will have bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

11.1 92bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for compliance purposes.
11.2 Players may close their own 92bet account at any time by contacting 24/7 live support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 92bet's decision to suspend or close an account does not constitute a waiver of any right to pursue civil or criminal remedies in relation to conduct that occurred prior to suspension.
